Understanding what is happening within ourselves to better act in the world
In a context marked by accelerating change, uncertainty and complexity, we are often encouraged to look outside ourselves for solutions.
Yet our ability to make decisions, cooperate, innovate, share knowledge or navigate change also depends on our inner balance.
Through my workshops, talks and other interventions, I invite people to take a fresh look at the connections between :
- personal balance,
- the quality of our relationships,
- the health of our teams,
- the sustainability of our organisations,
- and, more broadly, our impact on society and the living world.
Key topics
Who is it for ?
A sensitive, practical and engaging approach
- my experience in human support,
- my background in the corporate world,
- insights from neuroscience,
- my observation of individual and collective dynamics,
- as well as my sensitivity to the often invisible mechanisms that influence our behaviours and decisions.
- theoretical insights,
- interactive discussions,
- experiential exercises,
- time for individual or collective reflection.
The aim is to foster the awareness that enables each person to act with greater coherence and responsibility, rather than to provide ready-made answers.
Individual balance in service of collective sustainability
The future and sustainability of an organisation depend to a large extent on the balance of the women and men who make it what it is.
When someone rediscovers greater stability, clarity and alignment :
- their relationships evolve,
- the way they communicate changes,
- their ability to cooperate improves,
their decisions become more considered and meaningful.
These changes gradually influence the teams, organisations and ecosystems in which we operate.
It is this dynamic of positive impact that I explore through each of my interventions.
