From the corporate world to supporting the Whole Person

For more than twenty years, I worked across academia, research, and organizations in an international environment..

With a Doctorate in Economics and Management Sciences, a PhD in Management, and a background as a researcher, lecturer and entrepreneur, I devoted a large part of my professional life to understanding human dynamics, organisations and the conditions that enable them to thrive.

I also worked in international environments and supported projects related to management, motivation, expatriation and collective intelligence.

Throughout those years, one question kept coming back :

Why are some people able to navigate difficulties, change and responsibility with a sense of calm, while others gradually become exhausted ?

Today, this question continues to inspire and guide my work.

Lived experience before expertise

For a long time, I lived life at a fast pace.

A high achiever, perfectionist and naturally curious, involved in many projects, I balanced my professional life, family life and entrepreneurial activities.

Like many of the people I support today, I developed a strong capacity to adapt.

A valuable capacity.

But one that can sometimes lead us to gradually lose touch with ourselves.

For a long time, I kept going despite the signals my body was sending me.

Until my body brought me to an abrupt stop.

A severe burnout turned everything I thought I knew upside down. This period marked the beginning of a profound transformation.

When certainties fall away

This life experience led me to question many of the beliefs upon which I had built my life.

I had to learn to listen in a different way.

To my body.

To my emotions.

To my feelings.

To my intuition.

This period also led me to explore new approaches :

  • neuroscience and Dynamical Neurofeedback,
  • Ayurveda,
  • the mechanisms of exhaustion and burnout,
  • neurodiversity,
  • intuitive intelligence,
  • and a broader, more sensitive understanding of the living world.

Gradually, I discovered that some answers cannot be found through analysis or reflection alone.

They also require us to learn to listen to what is happening within us.

A deeply human vision of balance

Today, I believe that balance is not about controlling everything.

It is about rediscovering a sense of coherence between :

  • what we feel,
  • what we think,
  • what we do,
  • and what is deeply right and true for us.

This coherence is intimately connected to authenticity.

Not authenticity as a fashionable concept.

But authenticity as the ability to recognise our uniqueness, our needs, our limits and our aspirations – and to embody them in our everyday lives.

From individual balance to collective sustainability

Throughout my journey, one conviction has become increasingly clear to me.

Individual balance is never purely individual.

When someone rediscovers greater stability, awareness and alignment :

  • their relationships evolve ;
  • the way they communicate changes ;
  • their decisions become more considered and discerning ;
  • their ability to cooperate grows.

These changes then influence teams, organisations, communities and, more broadly, the environments and systems they are part of.

This is why I deeply believe that :

Taking care of ourselves is about far more than pursuing an individual path.

It is also a way of contributing positively to the balance of all the human systems we are part of.

An integrative approach

My approach draws on several complementary dimensions :

  • my experience of the corporate and management world ;
  • my background in research and teaching ;
  • neuroscience ;
  • Dynamical Neurofeedback ;
  • human support ;
  • intuitive intelligence ;
  • and the insights gained through my own life journey.

I do not seek to fit people into a particular method.

Above all, I seek to understand what they are experiencing and to support them in exploring what is seeking to emerge for them.

Every journey is unique.

And so is every form of support.

What guides my work

I deeply believe :

  • in each person’s ability to reconnect with their own inner resources ;
  • in the importance of listening and presence ;
  • in the complementarity of rational, emotional, embodied and intuitive intelligence ;
  • in individual responsibility as a driving force for transformation ;
  • in authenticity as the foundation of lasting balance ;
  • and in the power of small changes when they are deeply aligned.

In a few words

I support people going through periods of transition, questioning or imbalance in rediscovering greater clarity, calm and alignment.

Because every inner transformation has the potential to positively influence the world around us.

And because individual balance is often the foundation of collective sustainability.
