Dynamical Neurofeedback© NeurOptimal®
A valuable tool for rediscovering greater balance
Dynamical Neurofeedback® is one of the tools I use to support people going through periods of imbalance, overload or transition.
It enables the brain to observe its own functioning and naturally engage its capacity for self-regulation.
This neuroscience-based technology therefore supports a gradual return to greater stability, flexibility and adaptability.
I particularly value this tool because it works without conscious effort and effectively supports the insights that emerge during individual support sessions.
Why Dynamical Neurofeedback® ?
We all have an extraordinary capacity to adapt.
However, certain life experiences, periods of prolonged stress, significant mental overload or difficult events can gradually limit this capacity.
The brain may then continue to function according to patterns that are no longer as well suited to the present situation.
Dynamical Neurofeedback® provides the brain with information about its own functioning, allowing it to regain greater flexibility and optimise its own capacity for self-regulation.
The aim is not to “correct” the brain.
The aim is to enable it to reconnect with its own adaptive resources.
Who is it for ?
This approach is for anyone wishing to take an active role in their own balance.
It may be particularly beneficial if you are experiencing :
- a period of significant stress ;
- mental overload ;
- professional or personal exhaustion ;
- persistent fatigue ;
- sleep difficulties ;
- difficulties with concentration or attention ;
- significant emotional strain ;
- a loss of motivation or meaning ;
- a period of personal or professional transition ;
- or simply a desire to rediscover greater inner stability.
This list is, of course, not exhaustive.
Above all, Dynamical Neurofeedback® supports people who wish to improve their quality of life and their ability to adapt in everyday life.
What people say about Dynamical Neurofeedback® with NeurOptimal®
Particularly valuable support during periods of exhaustion
My own journey led me to take a particular interest in the mechanisms of burnout and recovery.
I regularly observe how Dynamical Neurofeedback® can provide valuable support for people who are going through, or have gone through, a period of professional burnout.
This technology is notably used at the Burnout Centre founded by Dr Alain Meunier in Paris.
Dynamical Neurofeedback® is, of course, not a substitute for medical care or psychological support when these are necessary.
It can, however, be a particularly relevant complement as part of a broader approach to restoring balance.
What happens during a session ?
- you sit or lie comfortably ;
- small sensors are placed on your head and ears ;
- you simply listen to music for approximately 33 minutes.
When certain variations are detected, the music is interrupted by very brief pauses in the sound.
These micro-interruptions (or neurofeedbacks) allow your brain to become aware of its own functioning and gradually readjust certain unconscious automatic patterns.
No stimulation is sent to the brain.
The system simply provides it with information about what it is doing in the present moment.
A gentle and non-invasive approach
Dynamical Neurofeedback® :
- is non-medical ;
- is non-invasive ;
- requires no particular effort ;
- is suitable for all ages ;
- does not provide a diagnosis ;
- does not seek to modify or control the brain.
It is a form of brain training that respects each individual’s unique way of functioning.
Every brain has its own way of learning, adapting and evolving.
What benefits may be experienced ?
The effects observed vary from person to person.
Frequently reported benefits include :
- a greater overall sense of calm ;
- improved stress management ;
- more restorative sleep ;
- greater mental clarity ;
- improved concentration ;
- greater emotional stability ;
- an increased ability to step back and gain perspective ;
- a greater quality of presence with oneself and others ;
- easier recovery during difficult periods.
Beyond the individual benefits, rediscovering greater balance naturally influences our
relationships, our professional environment and the different systems we are part of.
Neurofeedback as part of a broader approach
Dynamical Neurofeedback® can be used on its own.
It can also complement and enrich a broader form of support.
In my practice, it is part of a wider vision :
rediscovering greater authenticity, balance and coherence in one’s life.
Because when we regain greater inner stability, our relationships, our decisions and our ability to contribute positively to the world around us evolve as well.

Testimonials
I went to see Christelle while going through a period of physical and emotional exhaustion. I came away from each Dynamical Neurofeedback session feeling a little more relaxed. I often fell asleep, lulled by the calm, gentle music. The sessions helped me gain the perspective and distance I had been lacking. I regained the concentration and organisational skills I had completely lost, as well as a real sense of balance. Christelle's support is caring, reassuring and motivating. Christelle is a very attentive, sensitive, intuitive, gentle, perceptive and understanding person. You can sense the experience of a practitioner with many strings to her bow. I highly recommend working with Christelle. In fact, I now take my 12-year-old son to see her as well, and she knows how to adapt her approach to him too.
MurielI recommend both the method and the practitioner! Christelle is professional, attentive and highly empathetic. Thanks to neurofeedback, I feel calmer and stronger when facing life's challenges. Don't hesitate to book an appointment!
GaëlleI had Dynamical Neurofeedback sessions with Christelle a year ago. It is thanks to her different approach, in which she brings all her extensive personal and professional experience to the Neurofeedback method, that the results are there. I went through a business failure, which led to burnout and a complete loss of confidence, both personally and professionally. The work we did together was a major asset in helping me successfully get back on my feet.
DAMIEN, Business Development ManagerAfter recovering from burnout, I had several Dynamical Neurofeedback sessions. I wasn't really sure what they would bring me. At first, it was simply real time for myself! Relaxation and well- being after every session, accompanied by very pleasant music. Then it was as though my brain had done some spring cleaning: dusted off and tidied up! Everything seemed clearer, my thoughts much more organised! A caring and highly attentive practitioner whom I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you, Christelle!
MARYLIN, Career Support Specialist and Founder of Oriente Tes SensDynamical Neurofeedback is a very interesting tool and a valuable complement to coaching. It helps the brain become aware of patterns it has adopted over time as a result of painful experiences, which can sometimes lead to inappropriate behaviours (fears, beliefs, etc.). As part of coaching, this support can help unblock certain situations, enabling people to make decisions, change and improve their lives. I experienced Christelle's support through Dynamical Neurofeedback training. Her caring listening and relevant advice help remove blocks and restore a greater sense of well-being. A pragmatic and effective approach to supporting burnout.
HÉLÈNE, HR and Management Consultant, Professional Coach and Outplacement SpecialistI came to Christelle for Dynamical Neurofeedback sessions while experiencing burnout. I arrived for my first session feeling deeply sad, intensely stressed and full of doubt. The sessions really helped me gain perspective and recover more quickly from this difficult experience. After three sessions, I had rediscovered joy and greater serenity, and my anxiety attacks had become rare. Christelle is attentive, caring and highly empathetic. You feel supported, and her advice is invaluable. I am doing better now, and I have tools to help me avoid burning myself out again in the future. I sincerely recommend Dynamical Neurofeedback and Christelle's support for people experiencing burnout. It was incredibly valuable to me. Thank you again for everything, a thousand times over.”
MÉLODY, Employee in a Non-Profit OrganisationChristelle Morellet's support over six sessions spanning two months enabled me to radically change the way I viewed burnout. Turning suffering into an opportunity to deepen my self- knowledge and gain greater clarity about my expectations was an important step in my recovery. Effective support over a short period of time!
SYLVIE, Director of a Cultural Institution
Christelle's warm welcome is matched only by the relevance and perceptiveness of her advice. Neurofeedback is a highly promising technique, combining science and emotions.
